In order to address the concerns of our security clients, Badgerland Security has designed a comprehensive service strategy to increase client satisfaction by ensuring our employees are focused, committed , and professionals and fully trained on all aspects you, our client , asks for and expects from a security company.

Badgerland Security's officers and supervisory personnel will insure strict adherence to our general orders and your rules, regulations and ordinances. Badgerland security's supervisors are utilized as a liaison between the agency and you the client.

There will be a supervisor on call 24 hours; 365 days a year to meet your needs.

He will make spot checks to prevent the issue of complacency. Its is our belief that in order to assure the best quality of service that we stand by, we must keep close relationship with our personnel both on and off duty.

At Badgerland Security, all of our security officers will be equipped with a two-way radio, cell phone, or the equivalent to ensure constant communications with our management team. Each security officer will be trained regularly to further enhance the protection we provide.

Badgerland Security has developed the theory of "Enforcement through Reinforcement". The management, having 40 plus years of security experience, has realized, "Prevention of crime" can be accomplished by utilizing a tactical approach rather than accusations and the traditional methods of our predecessors. The art of verbal communication is commonplace in our organization and has often been effective in deescalating volatile situations.
